Red Jasper with Glaucophane??? Still trying to work out the kinks. I learned so far is that if you plan to use a cab using this technique i should make a square girdle so as to have more room for the groove.

True, a bit more and square girdle is best for grooving. Beautiful stone!!

The girdle is the side of the cab. The edge where the bezel or wire frame would be.
