Made up a 6inch barrell fer my new/old tumbler. Wont roll. Okay, put my 11/2# Lortone barrels on there an they took off like a house afire. Betcha theyd been finishd in 2 to 3 days LOL 1) 6inch barrell may not fit tight enough on rollers 2) Rollers have old school lectric tape(cloth) on them. Its pretty old and slick. I gotta can of rubber paint fer hammer handles in shop. Will try that an if it dont work will go too 4inch barrell. Will post pics when I gitterdone. Later Clyde

Hard to advise w/o pic., I've run against same problem, and resolved it by putting rubber hose on roller rods. On the smaller tumblers with 1/2" rods, drip irrigation hose has worked very well. The hose is hard to push on the rod, a little vegetable oil as lube helps a bunch.
