Here is my attempt on making some cabs from the stones I collected on Long Island. I have only made about less than a dozen cabs since I started. I'm starting to get addicted to stones! Although it took me a little extra time to get the right polish on them I think I managed to create something nice. Any comments are appreciated. Thanks for looking!

Cool stones! Looks like a combination of pudding stone with a bit of Breccia. Cabs really turned out nice and will always bring back memories of collecting! Now you just need to get them wrapped ;D Fran

Thanks for the replies! I was trying to find out what they were made of. Pudding stone! I'll have to check out that stone on the internet. I plan on going back this spring hopefully I'll find some more. I have some small pieces left from the larger stone. I'm learning how to wire wrap from the forum. Thanks for the support!

Welcome, it looks like you're jumping right in. The cabs are great, they remind me of candy!
