Man Keith, I've always wanted to go there but it's a lot longer than a 10 hour drive for me. Looks like you really loaded up!

Hey Keith, what was the digging like? Last I heard the actual pit was flooded and you had to hunt through fill material. I have seen incredible stuff when you could actually trench in the pit area. YOU got some nice clammies too. Doug

Doug the pits are closed but the loader driver keep bringing up material all day. We had a great time. They are open 7 days a week now.

Maybe we should get a trip set up for some time this spring? I'd like to go check it out, 11 hour drive for me.

Nice haul Kap, I bought a couple at rock show about 7 or 8 years ago, now when I see them at rock shows the prices are really high so I would say it was well worth your time. Donna

2.5 hrs for me.
Do they still charge $30 a day? How did you pack so much stuff in a 5g bucket?!
Sounds like a great place to meet and we could wet a line too.
