I was able to play with rocks a little this past weekend. Boy, I just love to see what is inside a rock! I first started with the other green imperial jasper. I still have quite a bit left to cut. I just took 2 slabs off this one before going on to other rocks. I then went to this stone with dendrites. It is much prettier in person! I also cut a couple little slices off this nodule that I thought was an agate. Well, I guess it was a thunder egg. cool patterns in the stone! I got to play with the rocks I just got from Tony (Catmandewe). When he offered to send out Brenda agate to the first few that posted and sent postage only, well I missed that and said that I wish I had caught it but I was happy to see that some people would be able to share in their day of hunting. Well, Tony sent me a PM and let me know that if I wanted a box, he would send it because he had enough extra. I thought that was so very nice and not at all expected. Of course, I sent that postage off right away. Now, to top it off, I have had two others on this board contact me and let me know that they would share with me what they had gotten. You know it, it was Jo (Naturenut) and Diane (Drocknut). I let them know how much I appreciated it but Tony had already sent me some. We really have some amazing people on this board!!! I have only sliced a couple but this is what I have so far: Thanks for looking! Fran
