Just so people don't get the wrong idea, that isn't real turquoise. It's dyed howlite bits and pieces, perhaps some stabilized and colored turquoise chalk bits and pieces mixed in once in a while, all with brass infill. But they do market it as turquoise for some reason. Pretty, and sells like crazy. Man made by Colbaugh's in Arizona. Nice job Ralph!

NO they are not howlite at all...... i explained earlier in a post how its made. Its also posted on my website so everyone can read it. I think everyone knows turquoise doesn't come in purple or that green. It is real kingman turquoise, just dyed. Ralph said it shined up easy and he just polised it just like the rest of his stones. na its a red calcite. Mostly white with pink mixed in. These people are working on all kinds of rock and colors. They are doing something with amethyst now. mary ann

Didn't know that purple one is dyed stuff. They're looking very good though. Is at least the blue one natural colored, or also dyed?
