I will be going on one or two days myself.

I want to also extend the invitation for people traveling to KC to veer a little west and drop by to see my shop and rockpile in Lawrence.

I have soem rough and maybe soem slabs I would be willing to sell real cheap, and I am generally open to someone trying out some of the equipment: 12" slab saw, 10" trim saw, band saw, belt sander, cabbing unit, drill press ... whatever.

If you have an interest, let me know because I have to coordinat whento be home and when to be over at the show. I also need to clean up the shop, sort through some fothe rock buckets, ... etc.

I'm so excited about the Gem & Mineral Show. This is one of my favorite events of the year. Not sure yet if I'm going on Friday or Saturday.

When do you all think is the best time to go? I may be over-analyzing this, but it seems like many people won't put out their "good" stuff until Saturday, but then again I don't want to miss out if there is stuff out there on Friday. Also, do people have good luck on Sunday getting deals on stuff the people just don't want to take home? I usually look for Lake Superior Agates and am looking for some misc slabs this year.

I do seem to have another $90 in dino bone, mostly chunks. Not 100% sure why I needed it, but I sure felt like I did. Otherwise just some crazy lace, fancy jasper, terr agate, and a few small slabbetts of picture jasper.

I worked all day on cleaning up the shop the next day, and I am still exhausted from the weekend here at mid-week 3 days later. I might have overdid things a bit because I don't even have the energy to post pictures of rock or pack up FRB boxes or even scan some slabs.

Hopefully this will clear up in a day or 2. LOL.
