The handle at bottom left moves the vise front to back, and the handle at bottom right moves the vise left to right. The handle at top right tightens the vise jaws. The whole vise stands about 5 -1/2" high, and the other dimensions are quite large. Probably wouldn't work on your saw, but would on a larger drop or overhead saw. ---- Don

I'm so excited!!!!!!!! Got more than I expected for way more than I thought I'd have to pay. My friend from Sunbelt rentals came through and I'm totally jazzed. Here's what I got: Target 10" saw - Newly refurb motor, 3hp
- Newly refurb adjustable flow pump (new impeller, 300gph)
- New 10" continuous diamond blade, only 1 test cut on it
- New water hoses
- New belt
Paid $170!!! Yes, needs a paint job, so I'll be stripping it down completely and sanding, priming, painting, etc. Got to think of some interesting color scheme to go with. Going to do some test cuts over this weekend cause I just can't wait, but after that I will be tearing it down to repaint. I'm so darned excited!!!!!!!!!!!

And with the aluminum tray, not difficult to modify to mount the clamps. Now just got to get the right one and I'm off to the cutting farm! Friggin about to burst to get this turned on and running!

He's also suggested a simple weight and pulley system for gravity feed so I don't have to stand there waiting for it to cut. Sounds like a fun mod that will be easy to do, but that will wait until I get the vice/clamp set up.

A weight and pulley system isn't hard to rig up. The little metal pulleys that they use on the bottom of sliding glass doors work great for this. That's what I used on an old Star Diamond saw.
