I attempted a few cabs during the cold weather. I just cant get into cabbing with the same enthusiasm I have for slabbing and tumbling. Maybe one of these days. These were beveled and finished in the lot-o. I free formed these from what the small slabs gave me. paral agate, unknown, roostertail? Biggs, palm wood, pet wood and Colorado swirl agate Unknown, roostertail, unknown dont knowite This came from a flatter piece of rock that looked like sandstone on the outside. Looks Brazilian to me,but have never seen it like that on the outside. This agate looks much better in person than I could get a pic of. Thanks for looking snuffy

I like those cabs Snuffy. Unusual shapes and very interesting variaty of stones. I like to cab, but I really like slabbing. You just never know what you're gonna get till that slab falls. Gary

That last one really rocks! I have seen brazilians with the strange exterior. It seems the best looking brazilians have the sandy crust.
