I figured that Marie was having so much fun doing this, I would try it. ;D This stone is not perfectly round as you can see. That is why I used it as a guinea pig. I grooved a half dozen cabs. Most of them came out good. I just ran them by hand on the edge of the trim saw blade and rotated them. My trim saw does have a guide that proved to be useful. However the narrow blade I got flexes easily, which was annoying. It is an 8" blade. But it worked. Here it is, a snowflake agate in copper wire, 20G round and 28G round. and the back I like it. It is very fun this way. You will be seeing more of them. I never liked the plain groove wraps with just a bail. Thanks Marie, for showing me a fun way to embellish them. Amy

Nice! Combines the two aspects of wrapping that I like - the really clean lines of the groove wraps with a bit of decoration around the bail.
