I have no experience with a flat lap, still trying to figure it out. I'm now at the point where it's time to go to the polish pan with these t-egg halves, and my question is - what is generally considered the best kind of polish for a flat lap, and how thick/thin should the slurry be?

PS - I forgot to mention - it's a Lortone 15" shaker, not a spinner.
