I have a MK-145. I went through my first MK-303 way too fast so I bought some blades from someone who has blades from India (Sachi) & now from Lopaki (Chinese) The Sachi is the same thickness as the 303 .20, even though the Sachi is a heck of a lot more flexible that the 303. The one from Lopaki is .008 a little less flexible than the Sachi. Problem is the 303 is nice & snug in the saw, the other two are not & I can not tighten them down. They slip & when I would try to cut the blade spins until I push the slab against it - quits spinning. I hope like heck this makes sense! dunno28 Tile blade is fine, the 303 is fine, seems like these are too thin but that really shouldn't make a difference, right?

Donnie, is there a flange washer between the nut and blade ? I'm not familiar with that saw, but you might want to put a flat washer between the flange washer and nut. That should make up the difference in thickness.

if this is for your tile saw you will need to use a washer with the thinner blades. I bought some $5.00 blades from Harbor Freight that are much thinner than the regular blades for my tile saw and had the same problem so I just hunted a washer that made the difference in thickness needed to tighten it correctly. I used a fender washer that was just right with small bit of filing to get it to fit the arbor.
I also had to make a little bushing to fit the blade for the saw arbor. I just filed a washer that was the correct diameter ouside but not inside, to fit along with the spacer washer.

You might try various sizes of spark plug washers for blade bushings.

Also make sure the arbor washers are on in the correct order. On my saw they are slightly different and the inner one has to go on first. If I reverse the order the blade won't tighten down properly.

Ok, thanks. Found one to use last night & got some preforms cut. Need to make a slight adjustment as far as size, otherwise problem solved!
