I got my business registered ;D . Introducing Avalon Lapidary. I will be selling Dexpan rock and concrete cracker, rough rock and slabs for lapidary work and feature rocks for landscaping. I will soon have the ability to take credit cards as well.
I have already mailed off my vendor application for Quartzsite 2012.

Good luck at Quartzsite! What show are you selling at?
For the record, the quartzsite tax fellow makes his rounds when the big shows are starting up, and you can submit both state and city tax applications to him then on the spot.

If you go to the AZDOR website you can download the AZ TPT license application. As said, you can get the Quartzite license there. I think we saw 5 or 6 different Quartzite people the first week at Desert Gardens. You need to post both the state and city license at your booth. The Quartzite license is only good for 6 months so no point in getting one now. I would get the show contract in early. Which show?
