Yeah we can't get rid of them, everyday I get home and I come in and the laundry is done, the house is clean and there they sit with their smiling faces, it is terrible I tell you!!!!!
Seriously I am glad the car is getting fixed, and I get Chris a little while longer! I will take good care of her!

Glad you are getting it taken care of because this is the time to do it. Enjoy your extended visit. Tony will have lots of help during his recuperation. Has Chris learned to make shoo-fly pie yet?

Yesterday was the day for weather. Drove through probably the worst rain storm I have ever seen on the way to the airport in PA, lots of flights delayed or canceled in Philly, so they were trying to cram all the canceled passengers onto other flights to get them to where ever they were going. It was pretty much down to standing room only at the terminal for the last 2 hours of waiting.
I get to SLC and my flight to Twin Falls was overbooked so they were wanting people to volunteer take a flight the next day, then they tell us that it is snowing and the flight might be turned around back to SLC if it gets too bad. The pilot did make it through the storm and we did land but it was one of the roughest rides I have ever had and that is even including the puddle jumper rides into the wilderness. The stewardess said they should charge extra for the roller coaster ride. Was snowing so hard over the South Hills that all you could see outside the plane was white streamers but it made it so you could really tell when the plane was turning sideways and bouncing by watching the streamers go over the wing. Got home ok though and Lizee was excited that she got to see a plane land.
Big Thanks to Amber and Tony for letting us stay with them, was more like a vacation than a screwed up mess.
Ebay's insurance is paying to fix the car, so that turned out ok. They also said that the seller will probably be kicked off of eBay if he doesn't co-operate with them.
Well, off to work. Have a great day everyone....................Tony

Glad you made it back home safely after your car adventure. Sounds like a full but rewarding trip. Your plane ride sounds crazy. It's amazing how pilots can fly a plane in total whiteout conditions. Reading that makes me want to take a train next time I travel ;D Glad to hear you got the car sorted out. My sister has one of those and she loves it. Good car for hauling stuff around (ahem, rocks) and the AWD is nice if you need the traction (ahem, rock trip). Hope Chris gets on the road soon and has a safe trip home.

THe Lord works in funny ways, it was a blessing Chris was here to be with Tony, or I would have had to take off more time, we are stuffing her with local treats, scrapple for breakfast tomorrow, LOL
Tony I am sorry about the flight, that rain was something yesterday today was gorgeous but cool until the rain came right when it was time to leave work, LOL It got very chilly here again!
Will try to keep Chris entertained might involve some shopping, LOL
We miss you!!!

Glad to hear you made it back safely Tony. Sounds like an adventure in traveling for sure. I would not have wanted to be on that plane. Chris being able to help with Tony is definitely a blessing. Good thing you don't have to take more time off work Amber. Sure hope Tony is feeling better now.
