i would like to thank Woodyrock for sending me a care package....this kind person went out of their way and took pity on me and the fact that i live in a place where there aren't any good rocks and they sent me a FRB full of rocks.....they just messaged me one day and said they would send me some rocks because they live in washington state and have more than enough....such a nice gesture....from a total stranger thank you woody.....i was like a kid at Christmas when that postman stopped his truck yesterday .....big grin on my face.....i am paying it forward,my daughters friend is in NM ....her husband is in the army out there and she is a big crafter and i am gonna send her a box of fabric..... god knows i got enough of that... Woody did the same for me when I was starting--and also sent me to great hunting grounds and slabbed some "finds" for me. What a kind, considerate person.
So another thank you to Woody and the others on the board who have given so freely of their time and supplies!
And congratulations to you on your new acquisitions!
Susan

That was an awesome gesture Woody! What better way to get people truly involved in this hobby. I certainly understand your need Rockgirl as I am in Ohio as well and basically buy my rocks but have been the recipient of several gift boxes from those who I consider friends now.
