These are some Ivory carvings I did a while back. They were done from old single tusks I was fortunate to get at different times. They were old & crackd so no Elephants currently were harmed. I don't advocate any Elephants being harmed now. But to use old material is just recycling. These are either for my own guns or were sample designs when I was doing it on a regular basis. I can't really do this carving much any more due to artheritis in my hands. The little hand was a present for my Sons' girlfriend. She is Chatolic & it represents the "hand of the saints" a healing pendant. It is a left hand. Because I kept looking at my own hand while working on it LOL. The longhorn & 4 aces is my personal .41 Long Colt single action Colt made in 1907. Hope you like them & thanks for looking
