This is the first try at doing knife scales. I did it for my oldest son's B-day. I gave it to my Daughter-in-law to give to him from the kids. It's yellow moss agate. The one thing I have against most of this type of knives is they're too squareed off & thin. So I made the grips (scales) thicker & beveled the edges & slightly rounded the bolsters. worked out quite nicely I think. Even went so far as to set the "Buck" medalion into the store. He really liked it. He gave me another knife & asked if I'd do some on it. It's a bit larger knife & he has a larger hand. Hope you like it & thanks for looking.
