I was thinking about doing a topaz hunt down that way, once it cools off. I was down there a few weeks back, first time ever, and picked up some small pieces of llanite and went and hit fly gap road and found some quartz and mica.

Do you have any pictures of what you found?
So, you pay the $15.00 and can keep everything you find?
