OMG you guys are so funny asking if I am dead!!! I am not dead, just trying to meet this weight loss goal before the wedding!!! The pressure is on! I am working out like a nut, so the rocks have taken a back seat!! I have lost 85 pounds since 9/27 135 pounds total from my heaviest point in 2005!!! The wedding is 10/9 in Vegas the invitations went out last week!!

I am planning to celebrate my 43rd B-day in Septemebr by doing this!!

A 5K with 12 obstacles in the mud! Working out is one thing, but learning to run is another and it is killing me!!!! I am coming up on week 5 of the couch to 5K, it says in 9 weeks I will be able to run 3.2 miles!! A long way from not being able to climb the Arch in Moab with Adrian!!!!

I miss everyone, I miss rocks I have done some things here and there, I am hopeful this winter to have some more time when everything settles down! The house is still for sale, not even 1 showing there must be 20 houses for sale in my neighborhood! Very frustrating, we need a bigger place!!!

Here is me as of late!!!!!!!

My arms are recovering nicely the scars are getting less noticable I am working them out like crazy and blowing out the stitches that made all the little pucker marks, LOL I will always be scarred but a good reminder!!!!

Awesome, Amber. Just remember that in the short term adding muscle can slow the weight loss (as it weighs more than fat). But in the long run you're doing the right thing. Muscle also burns more calories than fat. You'll get there, you gym rat!!
