I had a problem with a diamond belt I purchased from John, the problem was in no way or fashion his fault. In fact, it wasn't anyone's fault, it just didn't perform as I expected.
John sold me a new leather belt and threw in free shipping and diamond paste at no cost. I sure do appreciate his generosity, as well as his continuing efforts to unravel the initial "problem."
