Not for the love nurse ;-)
What type of glue do you guys use for mounting Cabs or stones...is it Cynocryolate or epoxy ??
Just lots of newbie questions.
Thanks Dwight P

Use this Glue.. www.gluelines.com/devcon.htmits whats used throughout the trade for sticking cabs on. Just remember to scratch the back of the cab with a carbide scratch-stick though, or it wont stick. ;D

For just sticking cabs to flat backs, EC3000, or clear silicone seal works great. When I mount cabs in either silver or gold settings, I do not use sawdust. I cut my business cards to shape, and use watch glass cement under the setting rim. This allows me to burnish the setting down for a mar free finish. CA will get too hard, even if buffered with sodium bicarbonate, or aerated flourides. I stabilize the bases so fragile stones do not flex in the settings.
