When using Photobucket crop before you upload. I use windows photo gallery. When you try to crop the photos after uploading them it doesn't always work.

i hate photobucket with all its ads and such..... every time i try to download it stalls...... mary ann

I just crop them right on my camera, then use Picasa to fine tune color and light before moving them to Photobucket.

I use a really neat free program called Irfan View. Works great!

I've used Irfan View before. It's a great program, with tons of plugins to do different things with your pics. I liked it because it was the only free program i could find that would let you make mirror images of things for heat transfers to be used on tee shirts.

Another freebie with lots of manipulative abilities is FastStone image viewer.

I use MS photo gallery and open the pictures in MS office picture manager Free as well.
(there are several other programms to chose from to open the photo in at this point )
This has a excelent set of Editing tools for editing ,
But also has a Auto Correct which fixes colour ect quite a good tool if your in a rush
