I was thinking we have had more Praying Mantis than usual....I want them to eat the gazillions of grasshoppers we have this yr. The one I saw in my basil yesterday had a rose colored lower body....very cool. Nancie

I love praying mantises! They really do help with bugs but I would need a swarm to help out this year! I may be wrong but I think that little fella is a she. They are always much larger than the males....and the males don't last too long. Fran
