good photographs bobby! The guy with the pet wood rounds and pink quorts name is Bob as well, lol! The booth that you showed photos of slabs in the short trays, they had velvet Obsidian! I got 2 small bits to through in the tumbler, 4oz. Also found someone selling about a ton of rough, 25 cents/lb. Picked through it and got 35 lbs, some nice roze quorts, pet wood, and agates!
I'll have to get the photos of the garnets I bought posted soon! =) I plan on tomorrow as my last day, going around 12:30. And my hangout is the Tie Dye booth, lol.

Bobby I just want to say thanks for sharing all of the great pictures of the pow wow. You guys are really fortunate to have events such as these. Unfortunately NJ is not big on lapidary:(. What I won't give to be able to dive into a multi ton pile of rocks being sold for just pennies per pound. That Butterfly that you held for the picture was fantastic. I would buy some of that material in a heart beat. Heck what wouldn't I want to buy? LOL As usual I will be looking forward to all of the wonderful cabs that will be created from your latest acquisitions at the pow wow.

Colt, 25cents/lb? Highway robbery! I can't believe you paid such a high price for rough after what you've been through in Sacramento. ;D Looks like a lot of fun. Those slabs look great and I am a sucker for equipment for sale.
