using half round make a small hook and attach to the wire bundle just above the side wrap taking care that the hook is on what will be the back side. then wrap the half round three times around the bail bundle ending at the back side next straighted out that first hook and pull the wire center of the bail bundle and cut it off close as you can so it does not protrude past the wires of the bail next bend the retaining wires for the back of the pendant what it should look like up to this point I then bend down the 4 wires that are not twisted and tighten them to the bail first stage wrap and cut them off at the bottom of the bail wrap the last remaining set of untwisted wires now become the bail and I take the half round one twist around them at this point shape your bail and wrap with at least 3 wraps around the bail then three wraps up the back of the bail ending on the inside and cut the wire close to the side of the bail so it does not protrude then take the bottom wires of the bail and lock them onto the back retaining wires of the pendant wrap there you have my bail wrap

Yes this step by step is very helpful.....even for us who have been wrapping for a little while.
Thank you Diane.

Nice bail wrap, more complex than others I've seen. Thanks for showing.

Thanks for your instructions and pics - I seem to make my bails different every time!!! Mostly 'cause I forget how I did the previous ones... :-)
