It seems like just yesterday Abigail was standing on my feet, dancing around the living room. Now she's a freshman in high school, and turning out to be a smart, kind, fun & energetic young lady. Here's my little girl all dressed up and heading off to the Homecoming dance. I'm so proud of you Abigail. My feet are always ready for another dance. Thanks for looking, Nate

Gosh, Nate. How many hearts has she broken already? Beautiful girl - but then you already knew that...

Oh, she's lovely! And the pendant is perfect!! I know, they grow fast, don't they? When they're small and every day seems to last forever, people would say 'Time flies and they'll be grown before you know it!' I had no clue what they could EVER be thinking....but now, I do.

No broken hearts yet Todd. She's so busy with school, cheer, student council, etc that boys aren't in the spotlight too much yet. I have a feeling that will change sooner than later.
Dee, you are so right. My neighbors on both sides have toddlers, and I tell them to enjoy it. I sure miss the simple times when the back yard was their whole world.
Jo, I am very proud. She's a wonderful person, and that's all I can ask for.
Thanks everyone! Nate

Lol... I use that line too, Nate! All the time! What a lovely young lady. Glad she's not letting boys distract her from what's 'important' at this point...

Oh my goodness! Congrats!!! What a beautiful young lady! Scares me.... My oldest are boys, one is in college, the other in highschool, the girls are still a bit younger and I'm just learning how to deal with girl puberty issues. I'm not ready and I don't feel old enough for this!!!!

She's gorgeous Nate. Glad she's so busy that boys aren't a big deal.
But no matter how old she gets, she'll still be your little one. Take it from someone who's a grandma 13 X's over.

Thanks for all your kind words everyone. Jennifer and I are extremely proud of our girls, they certainly give us plenty of reasons to be. Abigail met a boy at the dance, his name is Johnny. He plays the trombone in band and just made it into the jazz band. It sounds like he's a good kid, and she can't stop talking about him. But being the dad, I said if he acts up I can break his fingers weather he's a nice guy or not. ... Gotta keep 'em guessing. ;D Nate

Paul, I bet you'll be just fine with your daughters. You seem to spend time with them like I do with mine, and that keeps 'em close. I think it's when families get out of touch that things fall apart.
