Petrified Pokemon Poppy jasper: DSC_2845_Petrified pokemon poppy jasper by Stephan T., on Flickr From the estate collection. Locale unknown. Doesn't look quite like MHPJ, but, then again, there is quite a bit of variety in that material. Too bad about all the fractures. I guess that is why the previous owner shellacked it. Not what I would have done, but I'll leave it.

Another Halloween PJ: DSC_2895_Halloween face poppy jasper by Stephan T., on Flickr A piece of Morgan Hill poppy jasper rough with orb eyes (including a third eye), and a polyhedroid mouth. Nice Halloween colors. I'd love to polish this for emphasis, but with wheels, I might lose the face. A flexshaft would be nice, right about now.

Tonight is actually a Blue Moon, the second full moon this month.

I guess it would be The last one was in March 2018...I guess you could say we haven't had a blue moon in a blue moon...wait...I guess that would be me being redundant as well as repeating myself! If you look up the definition of redundant in the dictionary, it says "see redundant"! LOL

If you look up the definition of redundant in the dictionary, it says "see redundant"! LOL That’s okay. Wel’ll forgive you. It’s no worse than some of our tautological place names: Both Rio Grande River and Mississippi River = Big River River Lake Tahoe = Lake Lake The la Brea Tar Pits = The the tar tar pits The Milky Way galaxy = The Milky Way milky The Sahara desert = The desert desert Just for starters The Department of Redundancy Department has been busy.
