OK, joking aside, a mastodon is an extinct mammal that looked like an elephant. The point is, a mastodon bone has been found with a spear point embedded in it, and the spear point itself was made out of mastodon bone. You know, kinda like how your mother-in-law gets under your skin, only worse than that.

Yes I knew that,but also knew the early man made tools from animal bones and stones.......Great ideas from ancient people to bring home food......
