I was looking for leather and findings to make a necklace for my grandkids. I cannot find any!! I used to see people wearing them all the time. I may be blind or something but does anyone know who makes this stuff for necklace's? I thought of buying material for shoelaces but still need the ends.

Have you tried Rio Grande jewelers supply, Thunderbird supply, Indian Jewelers supply, or Monsterslayer,com. I would start with Rio Grande and work through the list, they should have what you need.

I buy all my leather and ends at Hobby Lobby. Cheaper than the leather stores. They have lace thin enough to 4 strand round braid and they have some small round braid all ready made. I prefer to braid my own but theirs is real tiny which is good for a small child.
