Howdy folks,
Just want to shout out a big ole thank you to rocpup ( who actually might be a distant relation). he sent me a fantastic box of weird agates and such which of course, I really love and some was even orby which I love even more. It's hard to find materials that I've never seen before but Don managed to find a pile of them from down Yuma, AZ way. Anyway, here are a couple of pics of just a bit of the cool stuff in the box ( sized for my saw too which is very cool!)....Mel
One of my favorites, kind of a strange mini sagenite agate in pinkish and greenish tones.
Cool orbicular agates. He included several varieties.
My favorite from the faced pieces. Some of the uncut hunks look to be maybe even nicer.
