Very nice, the one in front of the sunflower is my favorite. Great job on them all.

Holy .... batman those are some awesome carvings. I had seen your star and the other one that you posted and had no idea that you were a real frikin artist. I saw a lot of wearable art carvings in China but you bring on a whole new dimension. If I had any of my carvings I would be begging you to do a trade but alas I have given all of mine away to friends and family. Maybe I will have to start carving again. What kind of a water setup do you use? Do you have to buy all of your material? Jim

Great pieces. That manta ray is pretty cool although it's hard to actually say one is better than the other. Beautiful job on all. Paul

Does anyone know why I can't see the original post in this thread?

Wow, you went digging deep to get that one. Does anyone know why I can't see the original post in this thread? Unfortunately, this tread escaped reinstalling. I think the easiest way to justify the title is giving you a link like James did last time, to the flicker post (the farther you go down the closer you get to my start about 3 years ago). www.flickr.com/photos/bchallenge/

omg your work is incredible. Nahhh, it not that good yet. Still need a lot more practice. But in the end, however far I have come, the blame falls squarely on two people, Christopher Antony for luring me to the forums, and Kenneth Neaves for encouraging me to take the path to carving. Not to forget all the help from countless members on the forums since then. My hobby and the resulting pieces are a direct result from all the help received over the past 3 years.

I showed the wife the Fordham I'd like, so maybe after x-mas I'll be needing some advice too!
