I got invited to go on a hounding trip yesterday to Burro Creek by Tim (azrockgeek). Man I'm glad I went! Such a perfect day out in the Arizona desert, met some really great people and found some cool rocks! Here's a few pics from the trip. Scenery along the way Dude, where's my coupe?? A trio of curious critters The road is literally paved with agate! Climbin' out after a fun day hounding Spectacular sunset Man I really had a blast! I spent most the day today doing Christmas decorations and shopping, but found some time this afternoon to cut a couple of my finds :cheesy: Thanks again Tim for inviting me along, and thanks everyone for looking! ;D

I loved going to Burro Creek. What made it so great was the amount of material and the great friends the I was with.

I love hounding in that area, so much material to pick through. It is especially fun to go with friends, even if they drive through washes in two wheel drive pickups - LOL.

Hi Brian, I am glad that you were able to make the trip, I have been wanting to go hounding with you for a while. Cool Pic's, I always forget to take the camera along. Next time you need to plan on camping out, we got into some cool material the next day, here are a few of my finds. ;D Green Opal: Can't wait to get back. Tim Some Opal pieces with some moss. Some funky purple. Another cool one.
