So I decided to give the Para Wire a shot. I am used to using half-hard silver wire. This is the first time I have tried dead soft wire. It took a little getting used to but it sure is easier to make swirls with. I used half hard half round wire for all the wraps and dead soft square for the frames.. This is a an 11.2 ct 16mm x 18mm x 7mm Contra Luz Mexican Fire Opal in Vintage Bronze This next one I also did in Vintage Bronze it is some sort of Mexican Agate This one is some Chrysocolla in copper I like this combination the best!!

Very nice wraps Christopher. I really love the chrysocolla. I found a few pieces the other day, I'll have to get a cab cut from it soon.

Yeah Chris, that last one is very nice. 99% of the time when you put something together in the red and green tones, it's going to pop! Red and green just go together. Beautiful stones!

Love that opal. the dark wire really setts off the opal. Great!
