I hate this but I have to say something or someone else might become a victim too. "Tbird", a member here, asked in November if anyone had a saw blade to trade for rocks, I agreed and mailed her the blade which she received and has had no complaint about. I have several nice PM's about the rocks I'm gonna get but no rocks. I asked for the tracking number or receipt number, says she will mail it to me. Why not PM it? I know now there were never any rocks. Watch yourself if you trade with this person.
ETA: This was all a mis-understanding and not Tbird's fault at all. Please dis-regard my cautions about trading with her. She did send the rocks and the PO lost them. She was slow in helping me track it is all. Sorry for the waste of space.

I really truley am sorry that you have not received the package yet. I have had several health issues, I know that you really don't care and that my health has nothing to do with you but here goes. I had breast cancer, the five year drug that they put you on, yeah that one, well it is chemo, low dose but it is still chemo. I had several of the side affects, like Fibromyalga, joint aches and swelling, water retention, memory loss.
I was working with the Brown store that I sent the package through. it is a 6x6x6 box, I had included a wire wrap that I made. I was fixing another box that I was going to mail to you tomorrow.
I am sorry about the delay, but I forgot and forgot and forgot until I put it on my calendar to popup and have me check it out.
I hope that you can forgive me for being so slow.
I will mail another package tomorrow.

ANOTHER PM this morning, and another empty promise to send me the number- but no number! I didn't say this gal was evil or any such, just a warning to watch it if you trade with her. I can tell she will always have to have the last word, so I guess this will go til the mods cut it or I get tired, lol. (probly soon) I don't think being old/sick makes you stand out from the crowd here. Even forgetful is pretty common. If the box is lost, it's lost. If it never was, well that's another thing. Number please?

Dude I think by now you made your point so why not put this to rest. You are losing what ever position you may of had on the high ground with your relentless pursuit. You are starting to look as if you are bullying a person sick with cancer. I apologize for my choice in words but stop beating a dead horse and put this issue to rest. If you pkg arrives so be it if not chalk it up to experience. Enough is enough

If the Dude hasn't received it yet, it means somebody else got it. Just saying that having the tracking info would have helped him track down who got it.

giving the tracking number to the recipient of the rocks would have avoided all this right from the start.
tracking numbers are a good thing on your packages when selling or trading!

I have the number finally and yes, it seems the PO is saying it was delivered, (it wasn't)so it was their fault. It DOES happen a lot, more so this time of year. Stu- since no "big time" accusations were made I don't get where you think I should apologize "big time". I just wanted proof, now I have it and I will remove my warning about dealing with Tbird, not her fault. It wouldda been nice to know sooner tho.

You know you are correct. You didn't make any big time accusations. It just seemed from the point of view of an outsider that you were coming on a bit strong to a sick lady with cancer. However right you may have been unfortunately perceptions is all to often seen as reality, and I perceived you as being a person who was bullying a sick lady with cancer over a saw blade and a box of rocks. It is a shame that this had to make its way into a thread posted on the forum when a tracking# could have solved the whole issue.
So Rockdude please accept my apology "BIG TIME" for my suggesting to you that you apologize to Tbird "BIG TIME" for coming on so strong. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D LOL LOL LOL
