I never saw a rock that I didn't like and this is no exception. I will definitely buy some also. Well now that I said that I think I have broken a record. You see one of my new years resolutions was to slow down on buying rocks but man made doesn't count.....Right? Happy new year Stu

Thanks everyone!
Jo.... Uhhhhh, dunno what it's called :help: When he sent me the two little pieces he labeled it Mystery Stone. He sent out a few samples and wanted some feedback on how they worked up. I don't know if that's going to be the name or if it will be something else?
It worked up super well. All I know is that it's some sort of quartz composite. I want to buy some too!!!! I left him a message but haven't heard back. When it becomes available I will post the info here.

Think I want to try a piece of that too. I haven't worked with much man made material, but I'm always willing to try something new.

That's one of the nicer man made materials I've seen. Excellent job on the cab as well. Its a very pretty piece.

Normally don't like anything that is man made, but this stuff looks like it has potential. Very nicely done cab.

that some killer opalescence blue in that stone may be man-made but you worked it fine naturally
