Howdy folks,
Well, it's time for the baby cattle here on the ranch now. We've got about a dozen calves now and I thought I'd post a pic of this little fellow ( we watched part of his birth). This is about 15 minutes after he was dropped and momma is cleaning him off. He was actually already trying to stand a bit. His momma is Charolais and his pop is Black Angus. We have a Charolais bull but the blackie knows how to walk cattleguards so he pretty much has his way with any of the gals he wants.....Mel
