Here's what I started with, a piece of deer creek already partially windowed out: There was a fracture running through it, I had hoped that it didn't go all the way down and that I could carve it out, but no such such luck. So I ended up with at nice ring stone and a bracelet or pendant sized stone. I'm pretty happy with how these carved out. no holes through the fire and good color through 90+% of the stone, polished to 50K + TO.

Wow I can't wait till my flex arrives so I can star some fires also. I have a bowl of Fire Agates that I purchased from Chris still sitting on my desk. What a tease. They are some really nice finished pieces.
