Most the cabs ive made so far without thinking of what they will be. The one from Christopher, the banded slate and the marble will be groove wraps, when i get setup . The IPS`s will go to my collection of variant`s of the stone . Ips,some pits , picture of what? Kinda fall-like Some pits and scratches, maroon center - mars picture ;D Back-more pits, look at them as part of the pattern From a trade last year with,Christopher. I keeped thinking how much like the autumn chert , Nate ,done last week. Local zebra marble, if you will . Calcite ,hematite, and ? Black, plum, and green-banded slate-4" spear

That's some very interesting patterns, Ted. Great you have a collection of the picture stones because those are very unique. The long slate is my favorite too!

Awesome set Ted! The IPS is cool - I can't believe I forgot to leave you some diamond paste. It works great on that stuff! I really like the last 3 too. My fave has to be the local zebra. That's a cool cab! Your cabbing skills are really moving along! Nate

Yup, thats's where the diamond paste shines! (pardon the pun) No polish getting forced in them teeny tiny pits or fractures.
