A few months ago I made a couple of purchases of rough from an EBay seller - rockshop - also known as Sticks in Stone. The rough (small Brazilian agate nodules) were quickly sent and exceeded my expectations as to quality, especially given the dirt cheap price -- which is why I returned for a second box. He mostly sells finished items, but as my goal is to finish items myself, I have not yet indulged. However I do occasionally visit his website , www.sticks-in-stones.com/rockshop/index.htmlto salivate over pictures of his polishing equipment and to see what standards I have to meet in his finished work - I'm still a long ways from there.

When I first started looking at lapidary equipment I found his site and spent hours drooling over the equipment. I think the drool helps the polish.
