I tried that after I posted this and I cant get it to work so until I figure it out which eventually I will(I hope) I will be pictureless I guess. I put a picture on photo bucket and shrank it copied the url and put it in where it said and nothing

Did you copy and paste IMG code from Photobucket? If you did and it didn't work try the HTML code. Been a long time but I seem to remember having to use the HTML code on the avatar but maybe not. I'm too darn old to remember more than yesterday.
