those are some awesome cabs you all have done ! stu that is a biggs jasper cab!sorry that i cant enter in this contest i just dont have the time i need to get one done but i will be ready for the next one !

Did I make it in time? I did 3 different cabs and this is the one I decided to enter. This material is called a Baker Thunderegg, I bought some rough eggs from "The Thunderegg Kid" in his shop in New mexico a long time ago and just came across them while cleaning up my rock stash.  This material is gorgeous and not seen very much. BAKER RANCH THUNDER EGG-38x22x7.8mm The first pic is the rough slab.  The next two pics are the cab, face on, and the cab from the side.   There are a lot of gorgeous entries for this contest, there's a lot of talented people on this board. |
