Any good sites up that way. We might be relocating near the Ozarks. It's kinda exciting but scary. Lots of tornadoes. Anything out there that we should be aware of? Have you ever been there?

I lived in Monticello Ar. it is in the south east part of the state. If you are closer to Hot Springs you will be in the crystal digging hot spots..If you like fishing and hunting you'll be in a fantastic area ..Now a days a tornado will get you anywhere....It is a beautiful area with lots of outdoor things to do...JOhn

I have several Arkansas quartz specimens, and also wavelite. I can say for certain that Arkansas produces truly world class specimens. Have fun digging. Unfortunately the old Jeffery Quarry is under water, and no longer open to collecting their beautiful solution quartz specimens.
