Went back out to Pawnee National Grasslands with my 2 daughters and 2 of our friends who like to rockhound. Found an area with piles of chipped agate, guessing that we found an area where native Americans were making knives and arrow heads. We had a lot of fun and it was a beautiful day.

I didn't collect much today, maybe 5# of agates. My youngest daughter's shoes' sides were thin fabric and she managed to find every cactus out there, so I just carried her and helped everyone ID their agates and epidotes
