Geoff - those are great photos. You definitely did have a busy weekend! Out of curiousity, how large is that kite of yours? Just short of "hang glider"?

Thanks every one! Lol, no. My husky is a runt. Only about 2/3 the size of the rest of her litter. If she strays from the trail the sled gets a harder to pull. Her max speed off trail is around 5mph. But on the trail, she can trot pretty good. Audrey loves it, laughs and squeals and yells!

These are some awesome pix Geoff! I love the sled hooked to the dog. Beats pushing a stroller!
I have an air cannon I built several years ago. It will shoot 1/2 full 24 oz soda bottles 600+ yds. I was thinking of grabbing a cheap cell phone, turning on the video camera, and blasting it straight up. May come back in pieces, but if the video works it would be well worth it!

Lol Nate! Pawn shops have great deals on crappy electronics! Just sayin... Do it on Friday after the fish fry and a six pack of Miller. It would be the epitome of Wisconsin life!!!!
Thanks Helen! I have a couple of GoPro cameras. The less expensive one got volunteered for kite duty. I set it up to take a picture every 1, 2 or 5 seconds and just let it fly. Great thing is GoPro has replaced it twice under warranty even though it was totally my fault it broke. One time it caught a bad downward gust and it accelerated into the ground at obscene speeds. They saw the pictures, laughed and sent me a new one!

Sorry Geoff, not a beer basher here, although I do enjoy a cold Leinie's on occation. Friday fish fry doesn't happen either. & I don't give a S#*t about football... I'm a piss poor wisconsinite. ROFL!!!
Anyway, I was thinking a go-phone or whatever the pay as you go phones are called would be ideal. $5.00 for a perpaid cell phone, and tons of fun. I'd love to rig a parachute to open at apex... not sure how to do that.

Don't worry, aside from my undying love of all things cheese (especially fried cheese) I suck too. I hate miller, I hate football, I hate seafood (which makes me a terrible Alaskan as well).
As far as the parachute, if you keep the lines straight, try putting the phone inside the parachute, and put it in open side down. In my mind I see it working.

Dang Geoff! No wonder they gave you a free camera... with pix like that, they should use some for a camera ad, and give you as many cameras as you want!!
