Nice score on that much picasso marble. The honey onyx looks killer, as does alot of the rest of it.

WOW! That really looks like you got some great stones! Let me know if you plan on selling any of it, especially some of the rhodonite. It may have broken your friends heart when you broke up that beautiful picasso. I would have had to do the same thing. No way to really move it reasonably if you didn't. I am really looking forward to seeing some of your slabs you get from this stuff! Fran

Wow... looking at the original 6' long piece, I would never have guessed how beautiful inside. How on earth did they get that rock to their house whole to begin with?!

He got it there by Semi and unloaded it with a crane. I almost rented a crane and semi to haul it here but I needed little pieces anyway. Jason

Nice haul!
Do you know what that Green Banded material you have pictured at the end is?
I've heard of lizard stone, and there's a place in NM (I think) that is in the books that you can hunt similar material, but I was curious if you got the location for the material you have pictured.
thanks

The banded green stone is Ricolite. Used to be collected in SW NM, but now a wildlife preserve and no collecting is allowed. It is nice stone though. Jason
