I cut a few small slabs from this stone I bought last week. Most of it is more solid green than this part of it. I also know now not to cut this stone too thin. The added depth is better to make the mounds of moss stand out. Attachments:

It looks great as a doublet. Maybe try that with your thin slices.

I may try that Tonyterner. I was just thinking of trying some doublets and triplets for the first time. I still in the early stages compared to many here. I mistakenly identified this as from India but was at rock shop today and sign said it was from Australia. I still love it. I found a really choice chunk of Madagascar OJ today with almost as much beautiful green moss in it as this stuff has. Needless to say that I now own it. Gonna hafta cut it soon.
