I haven't posted anything in a while, been in a slump and not wrapping up until I was asked to give some demonstrations at the local rock show this past weekend. Guess it jump started my wrapping mojo. Here's a petrified wood I did at the show from a cab Woody made for me. It's petrified wood that I picked up in Arizona when I was out with Amy this past winter. Another show wrap. This one is a Plume Agate cab from Mudshark that I finally got around to wrapping. Wrapped in Argentium Silver wire. (wow, didn't know that would be such a big picture ) This one I did after the show at the local bead store. The gal working there said I should do a crazy one so I stepped outside of my comfort zone a little. She loved it but I'm not sure I'm crazy about it. I think it is Tiffany Stone from the looks of it but I bought it a while back in AZ and can't remember what the guy said it was. And now for the more.... I decided to go for the gusto and do a wrap with a necklace. I had some Montana agate beads just begging to be used and a Montana agate cab from none other than Mudshark that seemed to say "use me". I even made the clasp. This is my first necklace. It feels good to be wrapping again. Plus I got one sale and two commission wraps (that I forgot to take pictures of before I gave them to the customer ) from doing the demonstrations at the show. I'm now a happier camper.

Nice work, especially with the necklace. The way you used the jump rings with the bail is Interesting. Karock

Those look great!! The third one down looks like Tiffany stone or maybe even Amethyst sage agate. (I have sage agate that looks like that)

Thanks karock, a woman who owns a local bead store suggested it so it would be stronger than just putting one jump ring on it. Randy, I'm thinking it might be Amethyst Sage now that you mention it. Tiffany stone would probably be a little more purple. cccbock, no, I'm not a musician. It does like sort of like a treble clef now that you mention it. Interesting, I was just playing with the wires trying to do something different with them. Maybe the rock is musically inclined. Thanks Roy.
