Kewl Tammy! I see some nice patterns in several of those slabs:)!! Shooting outdoors does wash out colors sometimes, but you can still tell what they look like, and the little eye ones look great:)!

Some promising pieces in there. What is the material in frame 3 and 10 that has the orbit? Karock

Karock I'm not sure what that is I thought it was Jasper until I cut it and seen the orbs, who knows could be a type of jasper.

I am amazed at how much your rocks look like a lot of my rocks. If I was not lazy I would go digging through all my stuff and post the same photos that you have posted. I would be willing to bet that I could match 50% of the rocks that you posted. Isn't it great that we have all of the awesome rocks that we can just pick up. I am assuming that most of the rocks that you posted came for ND. Jim

#3 could be birds eye rhyolite. Is #5 pet wood?

Sometimes I enjoy cutting slabs more than actually completing cabs! The sore hands and fingers go with it though. Looks like you are doing great! Fran

Wampidy you will have to post some or I will have to look at past post I know we have different agates here but I don't know all the different kinds. I know we have moss agate (montana like) Iris agate different mosses, jaspers, pet.wood fossils ect. thanks fran I am tying it's hard for me to sit for along time so it takes me awhile to cut rocks cause I have to take breaks.I am hoping to get a bigger saw that works by itself next year. with the little 4 1/2 in tile saw I can't cut bigger rocks.
