I know I have seen this material here before but cannot remember the name of it. Please help. My sister in law found it at the rock shop this weekend while visitng here. Attachments:

Its Biggs or Deschutes. I can never remember the difference but someone will chime in with the right ID.

I agree with Biggs. But the usual adjacent "sky" area has been broken off.

I'll third the nomination for Biggs. Softer pattern than most Deschutes.

Yep, looks like one of the "brown" Biggs varieties and a very nice example.
