That IS really cool looking!!! I was just looking at a website yesterday that had these bubble cabs.... they did them in blue agate, let me see if I can find the link again: www.glypticconcepts.com/malbublistpage.htmlThat whole site has sick pictures of blue agates from all over. It made me think of the blue disderos. This may be a bit out there, but any chance that your deposit in BC is near or on the same geological fault as the Ellensburg blue agates??

Thanks ladies. Helen I pondered the same thought you had this weekend, and at the time I was refering to some of the red disdero that has been dug up and compared to carnellian from oregon. Those bubble cabs are no different from the stuff we find out there. Even the same color. I think Warren even found a light purple one last time. Great tip on what to do with it all. Beautifull cabs they show.

Chuck, here's a link to the main page for bubbletop and turtleback blue agates. The reason you may not be able to see the link is it's a flash sideshow (you may need to update your Adobe Flash Player): www.glypticconcepts.com/turtleback.htmlWell, whoever does those makes OUTSTANDING crazy looking cabs... you guys should be able to do those in the disdero easy Todd (like the pieces you posted in this thread would make cabs just like that).

At a quick glance, they look kind of like fire agates LOL Whatever they are, they sure are neat looking...
